Job Description

We are looking for a commercially set and handson Salesperson for our Kitchen and Bath department. As a Salesperson K&B you are responsible for realizing the Kitchen & Bath projects of our customers.

Responsibilities

You must be able to identify the requirements and wishes of our customers, put their dream kitchen together and process the administrative aspects of the sales order.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Provide optimal advice and service to our customer regarding kitchen and bath countertops, equipment, accessories;
• Give advice to the customer by making technical drawings of the design;
• Conduct conversations in a clear and convincing manner in order to fulfill the customer’s need;
• Make cost calculations and manage quotations;
• Consult with colleagues about the delivery and compare incoming goods with the order.

Requirements

• Commercially set
• Customer and service-minded
• Secondary vocational education with a technical degree
• Additional professional customer service training
• A ‘hands-on’ mentality
• Material/ product knowledge
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of computerized systems
• Stress-resistant, reliable and honest
• Excellent communication skills
