Job Description

We are expanding and are looking for a highly effective Sales Manager to lead the commercial part of our growing company, 

IBIS Management Associates is a locally founded, owned and run company that is breaking through internationally and placing Curaçao on the radar with in-house developed solutions for the Financial Industry. IBIS’ clients consist mostly of banks, and other financial institutions located in over 30 countries worldwide including the Caribbean, Central and South America.


  • Apply a broad range of Sales lead generation techniques.
  • Identify new consulting services opportunities in the defined sectors. 
  • Develop, track and drive opportunities through the sales life cycle. 
  • Actively manage sales cycle activities and processes internally as well as externally,
  • Report the corporate sales progress periodically.
  • Generate & process new leads and continuously fill the pipeline/sales funnel. 
  • Identify potential leads independently (or with others) through networking, cold-calling, trade shows, public speaking, and/ or other sources. 
  • Develop new (international) relationships with potential clients through personal meetings, presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal mailings, business forums, and/ or other business or social gatherings.


  • Master’s in international business education preferred
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Over 4 years’ experience working in international B2B software sales
  • Experience in setting up, maintaining, and executing corporate sales plans
  • Experience in  setting up and leading sales meeting  with C-level and senior executives
  • Driven to meet and exceed commercial sales targets
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively
