Job Description

The Greeter is the first sight of Kooyman as soon as the customer enters the store. He or she is responsible for welcoming all customers at the store entrance with a high level of courtesy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers at the entrance of the store
• Always maintain a position of visibility at the front of the store
• Provide customers with all directions and hand over catalog/brochures at the entrance
• Refer customers to the right department and, if necessary, walk along
• Engage customers by showing them demos, offers, activities in the store
• Clean baskets and shopping carts and ensure that the customers receive one

Requirements

• Customer friendly and service minded attitude
• Secondary Vocational Education
• At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of products and materials
• Stress resistant and proactive attitude
• Solution and result oriented
