Job Description

We are looking for a Graphic Designer Promotional Communications to join our energetic, fast paced, and growing marketing team. In this role you are responsible for the layout of all offline and online expression of our promotions and product inspiration. The Graphic Designer Promotional Communications will work directly with the entire marketing team and the Category Managers for input on all online and offline expression of our promotions.

Responsibilities

• Design monthly promotional folder and prepare the monthly recurring promotional artwork (posters, banners, social ads, etc.)
• Design product inspiration magazine (thinking along in content creation is a big plus)
• Translate briefings into concept proposals for newly to be developed means of promotional communication and elaborate them into concrete artwork
• Apply the corporate identity in all our expressions
• Timely delivery of correct expressions whereby a proactive attitude is expected regarding the correctness of the content
• Work closely with the Marketing Promotion Officer (and the entire Marketing Department) for designing and planning of the promotional activities
• Surprise and inspire others through creativity and solutions in concept proposals
• Function as back-up in working with our software that converts product data into artwork templates and help keep the FTP server up to date.

Requirements

• MBO+ degree in Graphic Design or other relevant study
• At least 2 years of experience in relevant position preferably in retail
• Experience with Adobe packages such as InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Problem solving attitude
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Flexible, accurate and proactive attitude
