Responsibilities

INFORMATION OF THE DAY:

  • Occupancy / departures / arrivals
  • Prepare documentation for each type (departures / arrivals)

CHECKING THE LOBBY:

  • Checking computers, printers, copier
  • Check formats, tools, office supplies needed during the shift
  • Check business center
  • Check that all areas are clean and in order

PROCEDURES:

  • Check-list according to the shift
  • Check-in / check-out procedure
  • Documents for check in
  • Invoice
  • Payment / down payment procedure
  • Enrollment

GUESTS:

  • How to greet a guest / guest calls
  • Marriott members including VIP guests / ambassadors
  • Guest information / concierge
  • Guest requests – GXP system
    • Communication with HK
    • Communication with LPE
    • Other requirements (late check out, taxi, etc.)
  • Guest complains – GXP system

MARKET:

  • Organizing / reorganizing items at the market
  • Expired items
  • Selling items from market

MARRIOTT PROGRAMS AND INFORMATION:

  • Opera: room assignment / guest consumptions / payment information
  • Saflock: programming room keys
  • GMS: guest voice

CASHIERING:

  • Handling cash
  • Cashiering
  • Paid Outs
