Bonaire Chamber of Commerce - Banquets Support

Responsibilities

PRIOR TO THE EVENT:

  • Check the BEO and make sure everything is clear
  • Make sure you have enough tables, chairs, covers or whatever is needed
  • Ask for any items you may need

BANQUETS SET-UP:

  • Organize tables, chairs
  • Put on covers

COORDINATION WITH HOUSEKEEPING / KITCHEN:

  • Make sure the meeting room / event area is clean
  • Check with kitchen about the food to be served

COFFEE BREAK / MEALS:

  • Prepare items for coffee break and / or menu according to the specific requirements of each event. Bring them from the kitchen,
  • Attend the event during coffee break / meals
  • Check if everything is OK and if the guests require anything else. If the requirements are not in
    the BEO, check with the Events Executive
  • Report ASAP any irregular situation to the Events Executive

POST EVENT ACTIVITIES:

  • Return to the kitchen all dirty dishes, cups, cutlery and whatever items were used for the event
  • Separate covers to be sent to laundry
  • Return tables and chairs to their storage areas
