Bonaire Chamber of Commerce - Banquets Support
Responsibilities
PRIOR TO THE EVENT:
- Check the BEO and make sure everything is clear
- Make sure you have enough tables, chairs, covers or whatever is needed
- Ask for any items you may need
BANQUETS SET-UP:
- Organize tables, chairs
- Put on covers
COORDINATION WITH HOUSEKEEPING / KITCHEN:
- Make sure the meeting room / event area is clean
- Check with kitchen about the food to be served
COFFEE BREAK / MEALS:
- Prepare items for coffee break and / or menu according to the specific requirements of each event. Bring them from the kitchen,
- Attend the event during coffee break / meals
- Check if everything is OK and if the guests require anything else. If the requirements are not in
the BEO, check with the Events Executive - Report ASAP any irregular situation to the Events Executive
POST EVENT ACTIVITIES:
- Return to the kitchen all dirty dishes, cups, cutlery and whatever items were used for the event
- Separate covers to be sent to laundry
- Return tables and chairs to their storage areas
