Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Supervisor Drive Thru/Yard to join our team in Barbados.

As an actively involved foreman, the Assistant Supervisor Drive Thru/Yard, assists the Supervisor Drive Thru/Yard with the daily work process on the work floor and management of the Drive Thru/Yard team. He/she is also co-responsible for optimally selling the materials and goods and for observing and applying the rules and procedures.

Requirements

• Secondary vocational education degree with additional Management training
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Service minded and customer friendly attitude
• Basic knowledge of computerized systems
• Affinity with building materials and/or hardware retail branches
• Leadership skills
• Stress resistant and accepts guidance
• Excellent communication skills
